BANANA BREAD PUDDING

Pre-heat oven: 375˚
Ingredients
| 6 | EGGS |
4 | CUPS | HALF & HALF |
| 1 | CUPS | SUGAR |
| 4 | BANANAS |
6 | CUPS | FRESH BREAD CUBES |
| 1 | TSP | VANILLA |
| 1 | TSP | CINNAMON |
| | | |
| For Sauce | | |
| 1/4 | CUP | BUTTER |
| 1/3 | CUP | CORN SYRUP |
| 1/4 | CUP | SUGAR |
| 1/4 | CUP | MAPLE SYRUP |
| 1 | TSP | VANILLA |
| 1/2 | CUP | MILK |
Directions
1. CUT BREAD ENDS OR OLD BREAD INTO CUBES
2. TOSS BREAD CUBES IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL WITH CINNAMON & 1/2 CUP OF SUGAR.
3. PLACE BREAD CUBES IN A BUTTERED OVEN PROOF PAN
4. IN SAME LARGE MIXING BOWL MASH BANANAS. ADD 1/2 CUP SUGAR AND STIR TO
5. WHISK IN EGGS UNTIL COMBINED
6. ADD MILK AND VANILLA AND STIR
7. POUR MIXTURE OVER BREAD CUBES AND STIR TO COAT EVENLY
8. COVER WITH FOIL AND BAKE FOR 40-50 MINUTES
9. UNCOVER AND BAKE 15 MORE MINUTES WHILE MAKING SUACE
10. IN A SAUCE PAN COMBINE SUGAR, CORN SYRUP AND BUTTER
11. STIR TO MELT, ADD VANILLA AND MAPLE SYRUP
12. ADD MILK AND HEAT TO A SIMMMER. TURN OFF HEAT
13. SERVE WARM SAUCE OVER WARM BREAD PUDDING
